基于FANUC数控系统的拖拽式交换台NC-PLC交互式控制的实现

Realization of drag-and-drop exchangeable pallets NC-PLC interactive control based on Fanuc CNC system

基于FANUC数控系统,拖拽式交换台的电气控制设计,摒弃了复杂的电气控制线路及PLC控制程序,引入了用户宏程序,在宏程序中大量使用宏变量、运算指令、程序流程指令、宏程序报警等进行换台条件判断、动作控制、报警提示、换台补偿,最终实现了简洁、可靠、稳定的交换动作控制。

Based on Fanuc CNC system,on the part of the electrical control design of drag-and-drop exchangeable pallets,traditional complicated electrical diagram and PLC program are spurned,variables,operations,process instructions and alarms are used greatly in custom macro programs for condition judgement,control,alarm and compensation,finally reliable and simplified exchange action control is realized.
