摘要
铁路道床养护是铁路运输安全的重要保障。铁路道床捣固车在现场作业过程中,其卫星小车车架屡次出现局部开裂的问题。运用工作状态应力动态监测技术并结合计算机数值模拟方法对捣固车卫星小车进行力学计算分析,找到车架开裂的症结。结合铁路道床捣固车卫星小车结构、实际装配空间及产品加工工艺等因素对卫星小车车架结构进行优化,设计出全新的有砟线路捣固车车架,满足现场高负荷作业要求。
The maintenance of railway track bed is an important guarantee for the safety of railway transportation.During the on-site operation of the railway track bed tamping machine mentioned in this article,the satellite frame repeatedly suffered local cracking problems.This paper uses dynamic monitoring technology of working state stress combined with computer numerical simulation method to carry out mechanical calculation and analysis on the tamping vehicle satellite trolley,and find the reason of the frame cracking.Based on the structure of the satellite trolley of the railway track bed tamping machine,the actual assembly space and the product processing technology,the structure of the satellite trolley frame is optimized,and a new ballast tamping machine frame is designed to meet the requirements of high-load operations.
