摘要 在机械零件设计中,使用逆向工程技术,可以吸收现有零件的优点,进一步提升产品的性能和升级换代。文中以一个工程机械上面的凸轮零件逆向设计为例,介绍了基于三坐标测量和3D扫描逆向建模的产品研发过程,将三坐标测量精度高、激光三维扫描便于采集复杂曲面这二者特点相结合,最终达到了产品设计目标和要求。 In the design of mechanical parts,the technology of reverse engineering can give full play to the advantages of various parts and contributes to a higher standard of product performance and upgrade.In this article,with the reverse modeling design of the cam parts on an engineering machine as an example,efforts are made to introduce the process of product development based on three-coordinate measurement and 3D scanning.Three-coordinate measurement enjoys high accuracy,and thanks to three-dimensional laser scanning,those complex curved surfaces are easy to collect.Such characteristics are well combined.As a result,the goals and requirements of product design are reached.
