摘要
复杂目标在现代武器装备及设施之中越来越常见,在经受损毁后对其毁伤情况进行科学准确地评估分析具有极为重要的应用价值。基于此,文中提出一种新的基于二次模糊综合评价法的评估模型,该方法首先将复杂目标进行层级划分,以建构毁伤树模型,在此基础上以重要程度为标准使用层次分析法确定各种潜在影响因素的权重值,最后借助模糊综合评价法对定性的毁伤程度进行量化分析,进而实现对毁伤严重程度的层级划分。以复杂舰艇为例的模型仿真结果证明,该方案能够在尽可能还原真实毁伤场景的情况下有效实现对复杂目标毁伤程度的分级评估,具备充分的可行性和较强的实用性。
Since complex targets are becoming more and more common in modern weapons,equipment and facilities,scientific and accurate assessment of their damage is extremely important in the application field.Thus,this article proposes a new evaluation model by means of the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly,the complex targets are divided into several levels,in order to set up the damage tree model;then,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to identify the weight value of various potential influencing factors.Finally,the quantitative analysis is conducted on the qualitative damage with the help of the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which realizes the hierarchical division of damage severity.The simulation results based on the a complex ship prove that thanks to this scheme,the graded damage assessment is conducted effectively on complex targets while restoring the real damage scenario as much as possible,which is both feasible and highly practicable.
