论圆筒形壳体制造成型应沿着轧制压延方向卷制的必要性 被引量:1

摘要 通过对薄壁圆筒形壳体的应力分析,应用无力矩理论分析圆筒形壳体的受力,找出圆筒形壳体受力时截面中最危险的界面,结合钢板在轧制过程中形成的内部组织结构,以及工程应用实例,得出结论,圆筒形壳体制造时都应沿着板材轧制的压延方向卷制成型。 Through stress analysis of thin-walled cylindrical shells with non-moment theory,the most dangerous interface among sections of the cylindrical shell under stress was identified.Combined with the internal organizational structure of steel plate during rolling,as well as application examples,the conclusion was drawn that cylindrical shells should be molded along the calendaring direction of plate rolling.
