摘要
针对某型铣镗床在样机试制时出现了传动键固定螺钉松脱,传动键扭坏的问题,文中从配合尺寸、受力状态、紧固螺钉选型、防松元件选型等多方面分析了问题产生的原因,提出了相应的改进方案,最终彻底解决了这一问题。
Aiming at the problems of loose fixing screws of transmission keys and broken transmission keys in the trial production of a certain type of milling and boring machine.In this paper,the causes of the problem are analyzed from the aspects of fitting size,stress state,type selection of fastening screws,type selection of anti-loosening elements,etc.,and the corresponding improvement scheme is proposed,and finally the problem is completely solved.
