四余度飞控余度管理算法与验证

摘要 高价值无人机需要具备较强的容错能力以满足其高可靠性的要求,而余度技术是提高无人机飞控系统安全可靠性的重要手段。文中给出一种四余度飞控系统的余度管理算法,该算法能准确发现并隔离通道故障,识别瞬时故障与永久故障,并对瞬时故障进行恢复,从而保证飞控系统可靠性和输出信号有效性。最后利用故障注入技术对余度管理算法进行仿真验证。 High-value UAV needs to have strong fault tolerance to meet the requirements of high reliability.Redundancy technology is an important means to improve the safety and reliability of uav flight control system.This paper presents a redundancy management algorithm for four-redundancy flight control system,which can accurately find and isolate channel faults,identify transient faults and permanent faults,and restore transient faults,so as to ensure the reliability of flight control system and the effectiveness of output signals.Finally,the redundancy management algorithm is simulated by fault injection.
