摘要
数控技术是一门与精密机械、自动控制、信息技术、精密传感等相关的交叉学科。为适应经济新常态和智能制造技术的发展,根据"新工科"和国际工程教育专业认证标准,结合数控技术课程在机械制造类专业学生培养中的作用,对数控技术课程进行教学改革。改革内容主要包括增强数控技术课程与其他课程的衔接、线上线下混合式教学、虚实结合数控加工综合试验改革、课程的评价与持续改进。经过几轮改革实践与持续改进,教学效果得到了很大的提升。
Numerical control technology is an interdisciplinary subject related to precision machinery,automatic control,information technology,precision sensor,etc.According to the"new engineering"and international engineering education professional certification standards,the teaching reform of numerical control technology course is carried out to adapt to the new normal of economy and the development of intelligent manufacturing technology.The contents of the reform mainly include strengthening the connection between the NC technology course and other courses,online and offline hybrid teaching,comprehensive experimental reform of virtual and real NC processing,evaluation and continuous improvement of the course.After several rounds of reform practice and continuous improvement,the teaching effect has been greatly improved.
