摘要
管材充液成形技术是一种新型的柔性成形工艺,被广泛应用到钣金零部件的生产制造中。文中针对多截面航空导管零件分瓣成形工序多,成形后焊接工艺复杂,焊缝检验难,整体零件变形大,精度低,表面质量差,零件后续使用过程中焊缝容易发生泄漏的缺陷,利用管材充液成形工艺技术,研究管材零件整体成形工艺。研究通过利用管材充液成形工艺数值模拟研究和试验研究,分析了支撑压力对零件成形的影响。结果表明:管材成形过程中,支撑压力有助于多截面管材变形均匀。合理的压力加载路径,可以有效避免零件失稳。
Tube filling technology is a new type of flexible forming technology,which is widely used in the production of sheet metal parts.Based on multi section split air ducts parts forming process,forming after the welding process is complex,weld inspection,the whole part deformation,low accuracy and surface quality is poor,parts in the process of the subsequent use easy to leak welding defects,using pipe forming technology,liquid pipe parts forming technology.Through the numerical simulation and experimental study of the fluid-filled tube forming process,the influence of the support pressure on the part forming was analyzed.The results show that the support pressure is helpful to the uniform deformation of multi-section pipes.Reasonable pressure loading path can effectively avoid instability of parts.
