锻造液压机的两种电加热系统

Two electric heating systems of forging hydraulic press

随着锻造液压机应用范围的日益广泛,设备吨位和体积不断增大,其生产的制件的成型工艺也越来越多样,使得在设备制造和投产使用过程中会遇到很多小型压机不会出现的问题。文中研究了锻造液压机在安装、调试和实际生产过程中出现的若干种加热控制系统,达到改进液压机安装方法的目的。

With the wide application of forging hydraulic press,the tonnage and volume of the equipment are increasing,and the forming process of the parts produced is becoming more and more diverse,which makes many problems that small presses will not appear in the process of equipment manufacturing and production.In this paper,several kinds of heating control systems in the installation,debugging and actual production of forging hydraulic press are studied to improve the installation method of hydraulic press.
