集矿罩结构与提升效率作用规律 被引量:2

摘要 为了获取海底颗粒矿物水力采集过程中集矿罩结构与提升效率的作用规律,建立了4种不同结构的集矿罩水力提升过程的固液两相流模型,对颗粒矿物水力采集过程中集矿罩内的固液两相流运动进行了数值模拟。结果表明:圆弧形集矿罩和圆顶斜面形集矿罩的水力提升效率高于斜顶立面形集矿罩和圆顶立面形集矿罩;圆弧形集矿罩的水力提升效率最高;圆弧形集矿罩和圆顶斜面形集矿罩的水力提升效率对颗粒矿物直径变化不敏感;斜顶立面形集矿罩和圆顶立面形集矿罩的水力提升效率对颗粒矿物直径变化敏感。 In order to obtain the law of action between the structure of the collector cover and the lifting efficiency in the process of hydraulic collection of seabed granular minerals,the solid-liquid two-phase flow model of the hydraulic lifting process of the collector cover with four different structures was established,and the solid-liquid two-phase flow movement in the collector cover during the process of hydraulic collection of granular minerals was numerically simulated.The results show that the hydraulic lifting efficiency of dome cover and dome cover with inclined-surface is higher than that of inclined-surface cover with vertical wall and dome cover with vertical wall.The hydraulic lifting efficiency of dome cover is the highest.The hydraulic lifting efficiency of dome cover and dome cover with inclined-surface is not sensitive to the change of mineral diameter.The hydraulic lifting efficiency of inclined-surface cover with vertical wall and dome cover with vertical wall is sensitive to the change of mineral diameter.
