摘要
基于某无人艇装载雷达设备的需求,设计了一种三轴伺服转台。采用模块化的思想设计伺服转台三个轴系的结构和传动机构,对轴系精度进行分析。通过Creosimulate软件对转台主要结构件进行静态分析。最终经过样机试验,验证了设计的三轴转台能够满足相关技术指标要求。
A three-axis servo turntable is designed based on the requirement of radar equipment.The structure and drive mechanism of three shafting of servo turntable are designed with the idea of modularization,and the accuracy of shafting is analyzed.Through the Creosimulate software,the main components of the turntable are analyzed statically.Finally,the prototype test verifies that the designed three-axis turntable can meet the requirements of relevant technical indicators.
