基于ANSYS的翻板路障机连杆优化设计

摘要 优化设计在可以满足零件性能要求的前提下节约成本,广泛应用于机械设计中。文中采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对翻板路障机关键部件(翻板连杆)进行优化设计,在结构强度约束下减轻其自身质量,并对优化前和优化后的结构应力分布进行了对比分析,结果表明:优化后结构减重20%,且结构承载能力满足要求。 The optimization design can save cost on the premise of meeting the performance requirements of parts,which is widely used in mechanical design.This paper studied the optimization design of the key part of roadblock machine(the flap connecting rod)by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the goal was to reduce its own weight.And the contrast analysis of the structures stress distribution was carried on between the non-optimized structure and the optimized structure,the results indicated that the weight of optimized structure was reduced by 20%with sufficient bearing capacity.
