摘要
论述了一种新的大中型锻件制造成型所需的高速自由锻造液压机,该液压机可配合自动化机械手实现大中型锻件的柔性自动化生产制造。该液压机采用了预应力框架焊接主机结构,采用16面抗偏导向,采用双球铰油缸,系统设计既简洁可靠又功能先进齐全,采用PLC+工控机+控制总线控制,可实现自动化半自动的工作模式,带有故障报警和自判断功能。在设计、生产、制造、安装、调试及使用过程中,对各个环节和细节进行了合理化、优质化、智能化改进,并带有定位及检测装置,预留了自动化锻造机械手臂快速接入接口,设置了防热、防漏油、防火设施,从而使该锻造液压机布局完美、运行稳定、性能可靠,响应了国家工业"2025智能装备制造"总指导要求,该快速自由锻造液压机的实践改善了工作条件、降低了劳动强度、提高成品品质、提升了生产效率,与传统锻造生产工艺相比有了质的飞跃。
This article expounds a new high-speed free forging hydraulic press required for manufacturing and forming large and medium-sized forgings.This hydraulic machine can cooperate with an automated manipulator to realize flexible and automated production of large and medium-sized forgings.The hydraulic machine adopts a prestressed frame structure,sixteensided anti-deflection guidance and a double-ball hinge cylinder.The system design is simple and reliable,and the functions are advanced and complete.It is controlled by PLC+industrial computer+control bus,which can realize automatic and semi-automatic work Mode,with fault alarm and self-diagnose function.In the process of design,production,manufacturing,installation,commissioning and use,all links and details have been rationalized,high-quality,and intelligently improved,with positioning and detection devices,and an automatic forging robot arm quick access interface is reserved.Installed heat-proof,oilleakage-proof and fireproof facilities,so that the forging hydraulic machine has a perfect layout,stable operation and reliable performance.It responds to the general guidance requirements of the National Industry"2025 Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing".The practice of this fast and free forging hydraulic machine optimizes labor conditions,reduced labor intensity,improved quality of finished products,and improved production efficiency.It has a qualitative leap compared to traditional forging production processes.
