摘要
文中介绍了一种多工位伺服挤压液压机的开发背景,产品结构特点及实际应用中的技术指标。围绕多工位成形的工艺特点,设备机身结构所采取的设计方法,同时针对快速、节能、低噪等控制方面的需求,进行了重点研究,为多工位伺服液压机在锻压行业的应用提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the development background,product structure characteristics and technical index in practical application of a multi-station servo extrusion hydraulic press.Based on the process characteristics of multi-position forming,the design method adopted for the structure of the machine body were studied,and the requirements of fast,energy-saving,low noise and other control aspects were also studied.The application of multi-position servo hydraulic press in the forging industry was provided with samples.
