某商用车蓄电池支架多目标拓扑优化 被引量:8

摘要 为使蓄电池支架在轻量化的基础上能够满足汽车各工况下强度性能及要求,采用折衷规划法进行多目标拓扑优化,通过灰色关联分析法确定子目标的权重系数。首先在原始电池支架模型结构基础上,考虑实际装配和功能,建立了蓄电池支架初始拓扑优化模型;然后对其进行多工况和综合频率优化,并通过灰色关联分析法确定子目标函数的权重,运用折衷规划法进行多目标拓扑优化。最终得到的新模型质量比原模型降低10.9%,低阶频率及刚度有较大提高,各极限工况应力均小于许用值。结果表明,轻量化的蓄电池支架满足性能要求,验证了设计的合理性。 In this article,in order to make the commercial vehicle’s battery bracket meet the requirements of strength and performance under different working conditions on the basis of lightweight,the compromise programming method is adopted for multi-objective topology optimization.The sub-objective weight coefficient is identified by means of the grey-correlation analysis.Firstly,based on the structure of the original battery-bracket model as well as with the actual assembly and function taken into account,the initial topology-optimization model of the battery bracket is worked out.Then,the optimizations of multi-condition and comprehensive frequency are carried out,the weight of sub-objective function is identified by means of the grey-correlation analysis,and the multi-objective topology optimization is conducted with the aid of the compromise-programming method.At last,the weight of the new model is 10.9%lower than that of the original one,and the low-order frequency and stiffness are greatly improved.The stress at each extreme working condition is less than the allowable value.The result indicates that the lightweight battery bracket ensures a higher standard of performance and the design of battery bracket is reasonable.
