铁路机车散热风扇气动特性仿真与试验验证 被引量:4

Simulation and experimental verification of aerodynamic characteristics of the railway locomotive’s cooling fans

摘要 以铁路车辆某型号散热器冷却风扇为研究对象,按照GB/T 1236—2000建立试验风道流场模型,利用Fluent完成了散热风扇气动特性的仿真分析;根据标准进行相同条件下的气动性能物理试验,并对各项气动特性指标进行了测定;分别提取仿真与试验结果数据,并将结果进行对比。结果表明:在合适的网格密度条件下,仿真结果与试验结果具有较高的吻合性,验证了仿真模型的实用性和可靠性,为冷却风扇的优化设计与可靠性分析奠定了基础。 In this article,according to the GB/T 1236—2000,the air-motion flow-field model is set up for a certain type of radiator cooling fans of railway locomotives,and its aerodynamic characteristics are simulated by Fluent.The physical test is conducted on the aerodynamic performance under the same conditions according to the above-mentioned standard,and the related indexes of aerodynamic characteristics are identified.The simulation results and the experimental results are extracted and compared.It shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results when the grid density is appropriate,which verifies that the simulation model is practicable and reliable,and lays a solid foundation for the optimization design and reliability analysis of cooling fans.
