基于Kriging的岸边集装箱起重机有限元模型修正 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高岸桥有限元模型修正的效率,采用基于替代模型的方法修正岸桥有限元模型。首先进行岸桥的有限元建模和振动响应实测,分别获得岸桥模态信息的有限元分析值和试验值;然后,在合理的修正参数选取和试验设计的基础上,拟合得到岸桥有限元模型的二次多项式替代模型和Kriging模型;最后,基于所构造的替代模型对有限元模型进行修正,并对比了不同替代模型的精度和修正效果。结果表明:利用替代模型进行有限元模型修正可以极大地提高修正效率和修正精度;同时,对于岸桥结构,Kriging模型和二次多项式模型的修正计算效率和修正精度非常接近,各自的优劣不明显。 In this article,in order to improve the efficiency in the updating of quayside container cranes,the surrogate model is adopted to update the finite element model(FEM).Firstly,both the finite-element analysis and the vibration-response test are conducted to identify the dynamic characteristics of quayside container cranes.Then,based on the selected parameters and experiment,the quadratic polynomial and Kriging surrogate models of the FEM of quayside container cranes are set up by means of fitting.Finally,based on these surrogate models,the FEM is updated;the comparison is conducted on the accuracy and updating effect of different surrogate models.The results show that the surrogate model can be applied to update the FEM,which will greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy in calculation,and that there are no obvious advantages and disadvantages between two models for quayside container cranes.
