基于多元统计量的加工装备健康评估系统

摘要 加工装备的健康运行是保障生产安全的基础。目前对设备进行点检、维护主要依靠人工进行,对技术人员的经验要求较高且无法实现健康程度的量化评估。因此需要进行以定量分析手段为基础的加工装备健康评估方法研究,通过对加工过程中的动态信号进行监测与分析实现精准的健康评估。为此,提出了一种基于多元统计量的加工装备健康评估方法,通过对加工装备关键部件的振动信号在线监测和分析实现了早期故障的报警。在相关理论基础上,构建了一套加工装备健康评估系统,并进行了关键部件诊断试验。 The healthy operation of processing equipment is the basis of production safety.At present,spot inspection and maintenance of equipment mainly rely on manual work,which requires high experience of technical personnel and cannot realize quantitative evaluation of health degree.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the health assessment method of processing equipment based on quantitative analysis method,and realize accurate health assessment by monitoring and analyzing the dynamic signals in the processing process.In this paper,a health assessment method based on multivariate statistics is proposed to realize early fault alarm through on-line monitoring and analysis of vibration signals of key components of machining equipment.On the basis of relevant theories,a set of health assessment system for processing equipment was constructed and the key components were tested.
