摘要 对某纯电动客车进行外流场分析,建立包含冷却系统在内的整车模型,仿真计算得到高速工况下车身外表面压力分布、空气域速度分布及整车风阻系数,根据仿真结果对原结构优化后再次计算,优化后整车风阻改善显著,外流场仿真分析为整车造型设计提供理论依据,通过模拟分析可大大提升项目效率,节省成本。 The outflow field of a pure electric coach is analyzed,and the whole vehicle model including cooling system is established.Through simulation calculation,the pressure distribution on the outer surface of the body,the velocity distribution in the air region and the air drag coefficient of the whole vehicle are obtained under highspeed conditions.According to the analysis results,the original structure is optimized,and the air drag coefficient of the optimized vehicle is improved significantly.The simulation analysis of the outflow field provides a theoretical basis for the vehicle modeling design.Through the simulation analysis,the project efficiency can be greatly improved and the cost can be saved.
