摘要
为解决小区或狭小空间停车难问题,设立了一款不需要额外动力源的汽车侧方车位泊车辅助装置。进行了侧位泊车辅助器的总体方案设计,针对主流A级车型完成了机架、滚筒及传动装置等零部件的设计,并对主要零部件进行了校核。利用CATIA软件建立了停车辅助器的三维模型,清晰地展现了停车辅助器及各零部件的构造。然后以三维模型为基础,使用3DMAX软件并配合样机运动情形完成了反震动画,清晰表现了辅助器的工作过程。该装置可实现让轿车在辅助装置上横向移动,方便轿车在特定情况下驶入侧方停车位。
In order to solve the problem of parking in residential area or narrow space.A side parking assistant device without additional power source has been set up.The overall design of the side parking AIDS is carried out.The frame,drum and transmission parts of the mainstream A-class car are designed,and the main parts are checked.The three-dimensional model of parking AIDS is established by using CATIA software,which clearly shows the structure of parking AIDS and their components.Then,the working process of the assistant is clearly displayed by using the 3 DMAX software and the motion of the prototypebased on the three-dimensional model.The device can make the car move horizontally on the auxiliary device and facilitate the car to enter the side parking space under specific circumstances.
