基于ANSYS Workbench圆盘割草压扁机机架模态分析

Modal analysis on the rack of the disc mower-presser based on the ANSYS Workbench

针对9GYQ3.0型圆盘割草压扁机割茬高度不一致的问题,对割草压扁机机架有限元模型进行模态分析,首先介绍割草压扁机的主要结构和主要技术参数,然后对机架模态分析过程进行详细介绍,最后得出机架前6阶固有频率和振型特征,为后续进行随机振动分析、结构动态设计及设备性能研究奠定基础。

In view of the inconsistent cutting height of the 9GYQ3.0 disc mower,the modal analysis of the finite element model of the mower is carried out.This paper first introduces the overall structure and main technical parameters of the mowing press.Then,the modal analysis process of the rack is introduced in detail.Finally,the 6-order natural frequency and vibration mode characteristics of the front frame are obtained,which lays a foundation for subsequent random vibration analysis,structural dynamic design and equipment performance research.
