H6P2W9Mo9O62/SBA-15催化剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要 用制备的H6P2W9Mo9O62/SBA-15为催化剂,环己酮和乙二醇为原料催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮。利用正交实验法探讨H6P2W9Mo9O62/SBA-15催化剂及环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的制备条件,结果表明,当n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.6%,带水剂环己烷12 mL,反应时间30 min,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达82.3%。 Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized catalytically with H6P2W9Mo9O62/SBA-15 prepared as the catalyst and with cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol as the materials.The conditions at which H6P2W9Mo9O62/SBA-15 catalyst is prepared and that at which cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is prepared were researched respectively with orthogonal experiment method.The results of experiment have shown that the yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal can reach 82.3%when n(cyclohexanone):n(1,2-propanediol)=1:1.5,the amount of catalyst accounts for 0.6%of total reaction materials,the volume of cyclohexane,a water carrying agent,is 12 mL,and the reaction time is 30 min.
