摘要
延113气田在生产中出现气井出水和水淹等问题,采用排水采气法作为增产措施。通过室内试验优选出起泡能力和携液能力较好的泡沫排水剂UT-6和UT-7,确定了UT-6、UT-7和消泡剂FG-7的适宜用量。选择113气田1号站的YB01、YB02井进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,产气量增幅较大。
Problems like water breakthrough and flooding,etc.have occurred in Yan 113 Gas Field,and for this reason gas well production with water withdrawal was adopted as a measure of increasing production.Foam Water Repellants UT-6 and UT-7 that have high foaming capacity and large liquid carry-over capacity were selected through optimization in laboratory test,and the appropriate amount to be used of UT-6,that of UT-7,and that of Foam Suppressor FG-7 were identified respectively.Field test was carried out at Wells YB01 and YB02 of No.1 Station of Yan 113 Gas Field,and the test results have shown that gas production was increased significantly.
