摘要
基于常规酸化存在的问题,提出氮气泡沫酸化技术,为渤海J油田氮气泡沫酸化技术筛选出了高效的QP-12起泡剂体系,并对其性能进行了评价。在质量分数为0.5%,使用温度为60~80℃,矿化度为1.0×10~4~2.0×10~4 mg/L的条件下,QP-12具有较强的稳定性和起泡性。非均质岩心驱替试验结果表明,QP-12具有一定的暂堵能力,能有效封堵高渗透层,抑制储层流体的窜流和水淹,且对非均质油藏具有较强的驱油效果,与水驱相比采收率提高30.25%。
In consideration of the problem that occurs when conventional acidization is adopted,use of nitrogen foam acidification technology was proposed,and a high efficiency foaming agent system designated as QP-12 was selected for the nitrogen foam acidification technology to be used in Bohai J Oilfield and the performance of this foaming agent system was evaluated.QP-12 has high stability and foamability when its mass fraction is 0.5%,its salinity is 1.0×10~4 to 2.0×10~4 mg/L,and the service temperature is 60 to 80℃.The results of the displacement experiment in heterogeneous core have shown that QP-12 has the temporary plugging capacity to a certain degree,can plug high permeability layer effectivelyand suppress possible fluid channelling and flooding in reservoir,and has strong oil displacement effect in heterogeneous reservior and that the recovery efficiency in the case when QP-12 is used is 30.25%higher that that in the case when a water flooding agent is used.
