摘要
针对航空结构,介绍了一种有限元仿真应变与试验应变的一致性评估方法。首先研究了基于单元形函数的单元任意点仿真应变插值方法以及仿真应变与相应测量应变方向一致性转换方法,其次基于最小二乘原理,对试验应变进行线性化修正,然后分别研究了基于图形分区的应变一致性评估方法以及基于概率统计的应变一致性评估方法。最后针对某大型民机结构进行了分析和试验一致性评估,评估结果可以为模型后续的修正提供支持。
The methods of consistency evaluation are introduced for the finite element simulation and test of the aircraft structure.First,the strain interpolation method is studied based on the element shape functions,and the transformation method is given for the consistency between simulation and test strain gauges;Second,linearization correction for the test strain gauges was obtained by using the least squares principle.The consistency evaluation methods are investigated based on graph partition and probability respectively.Finally consistency evaluation is carried out for the computation and test of the civil aircraft structure.It is shown that the evaluation results can provide support for the modification of the model.
