薄板无痕激光焊接关键技术研发及产业化应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对我国家电、五金等泛家居产业金属薄板传统焊接生产容易变形需要打磨等工艺技术进行攻关,结合多年开展激光焊接应用的经验,对薄板无痕免打磨激光焊接机器人关键技术进行了研究,通过对激光焊接熔深精密控制技术结合焊接过程质量在线监测与机器人位置精准控制系统配合多脉冲少热量激光智能焊接装备,突破光面不锈钢激光焊接焊缝自动跟踪、焊接熔池深度控制、少热量无痕免打磨激光焊接等关键技术,研发出薄板激光智能焊接机器人样机并进行产业化应用。
