我国区域经济发展差异的全要素生产率分析——基于DEA模型的Malmquist指数视角 被引量:10

摘要 基于DEA模型的Malmquist指数法,测算2000-2017年间,我国31个省区市的全要素生产率变化率。研究结果表明:在经济技术效率方面,东部、中部、东北部、西部地区依次递减,与我国区域经济发展状况基本吻合。从全要素生产率增长率来看,呈东部、东北部、中部、西部地区依次递增状态,这说明我国相对落后地区的发展速度已经高于发达地区。此外,还发现我国目前的全要素生产率提升,主要在于提高要素使用效率和生产规模,而对于新技术的引进与研发不足,这也是制约我国全要素生产率提升的主要障碍。因此今后应当继续大力引进国际先进技术,同时提高自主创新能力,推进自身创新体系的建设,加快创新型国家建设步伐。 Based on Malmquist index method of DEA model,this paper calculates the change rate of total factor productivity about31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2000 to 2017.The results show that in terms of economic and technological efficiency,the eastern,central,northeastern and western regions are decreasing in turn,which basically coincides with China’s regional economic development.From the point of view of total factor productivity growth rate,it shows that the eastern,northeastern,central and western regions increase in turn,which shows that the development speed of China’s relatively backward regions is higher than that of developed regions.In addition,this paper also finds that China’s current TFP promotion mainly lies in improving the efficiency of factor use and production scale,while lack of import and R&D of new technologies is the main obstacle to the TFP promotion in China.Therefore,we should continue import advanced international technology,at the same time improve the ability of independent innovation,promote the construction of our own innovation system,and accelerate the pace of building an innovative country.
