摘要 文章基于44名企业一把手和310名直接下属配对的问卷调查数据,从知识共享视角考察了变革型领导、交易型领导和组织创新气氛之间的关系,并探讨了企业知识产权保护能力的调节效应,结果发现:知识共享在变革型领导和组织创新气氛之间起部分中介作用,在交易型领导和组织创新气氛之间起完全中介作用;企业知识产权保护能力与变革型领导的交互作用对知识共享产生正向影响,企业知识产权保护能力与交易型领导的交互作用也对知识共享产生正向影响。企业知识产权保护能力也分别调节了发展导向组织文化、经济导向组织文化对组织创新气氛的中介作用。 Through a questionnaire of 310 direct subordinates belong to 44 Chief executive of Enterprises,the relationship between transformational leadership and transactional leadership and Knowledge sharing and organizational innovation climate was studied from knowledge sharing perspective,and explores the moderating effect of intellectual property protection ability of enterprise,the research results that knowledge sharing partial mediated the relationship between organizational innovation climate and transformational leadership,knowledge sharing fully mediated the relationship between organizational innovation climate and transactional leadership,The interaction between intellectual property protection ability and transformational leadership have positive moderating effect on Knowledge sharing,The interaction between intellectual property protection ability of enterprise and transactional leadership have positive moderating effect on Knowledge sharing.The intellectual property protection ability of enterprises also moderates the mediating effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on organizational innovation climate.
