政府、平台与生态圈对大数据产业的影响——基于31个省(市)数据的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Influence over Big Data Industry between Government,Platform and Ecosystem

大数据是新一轮产业变革的重要内容,如何有效培育大数据产业尚未达成共识,关于大数据产业成长过程中政府、平台、生态圈的定量互动研究很少。文章构建了由政府推动、产业生态圈、产业平台、产业集群四个潜在因子及11个指标构成的大数据产业成长模型,以31个省(市)为样本,运用结构方程分析了四个因子互动关系。结果发现,政府推动正向显著影响产业生态圈,产业生态圈正向显著影响产业平台,产业平台显著正向影响产业集群。从政府转变观念、优化产业生态圈、精确搭建产业平台、产业集群错位发展四个方面提出建议,以便高效培育大数据产业。

Big data is one important part among the new industrial revolution.But it is no consensus on how to effectively cultivate big data industry,and there is little research on quantitative interaction among government,platform and ecosystem when big data industry grows.Bbased on the literature research,a big data industry growth model is constructed which is composed of four potential factors:Government Promotion,Industrial Ecosystem,Industrial Platform and Industrial Cluster.Taking 31 provinces as samples,the interaction is analyzed between government promotion,industrial platform,industrial ecosystem and industrial cluster by Structural Equation Model.This paper found that Government Promote is positive correlation with Industrial Ecosystem.Industrial Ecosystem is positive correlation with Industrial Platform.The correlation coefficient is 0.38 between Industrial Platform and Industrial Cluster.Suggestions are put forward from four aspects:The governments need change their old concept,optimize their industrial ecosystems,set up accurately regional industrial platforms and develop regional different industrial cluster in order to cultivate efficiently big data industry.
