创业导向对商业模式创新的影响研究——基于战略柔性的中介效应分析

The Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Business Model Innovation——An Analysis of Moderated Effect based on Strategic Flexibility

随着"大众创业、万众创新"战略的纵深推进,创业创新已成为推动社会经济发展的重要力量。对企业而言,创业导向通常是其实施商业模式创新行为的催化剂,但二者间存在何种作用机制学术界尚缺乏讨论。因此,文章基于战略创业理论和资源基础理论,以战略柔性为中介变量,构建了创业导向与商业模式创新间关系的理论模型,并运用层级回归分析和Bootstrap方法对171家企业数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明:创业导向对商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响,战略柔性的两个维度:资源柔性与协调柔性分别在创业导向与商业模式创新之间起部分中介作用。进一步分析发现,协调柔性在创业导向与商业模式创新之间发挥的中介作用大于资源柔性的中介作用,研究结果可为创业型企业的创新实践提供有益借鉴。

With the deep promotion of the strategy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",entrepreneurship and innovation has become an important force to promote social and economic development.For enterprises,entrepreneurial orientation is usually the catalyst for their business model innovation behavior,but there is no academic discussion on the mechanism between them.Therefore,based on strategic entrepreneurship theory and resource-based theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business model innovation with strategic flexibility as the mediation variable,the data of 171 enterprises are tested by using the hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrap method.The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive impact on business model innovation,Two dimensions of strategic flexibility:resource flexibility and coordination flexibility play a part of mediating role between entrepreneurial orientation and business model innovation.Further analysis shows that the mediating effect of coordination flexibility between entrepreneurial orientation and business model innovation is greater than that of resource flexibility.The results are expected to provide useful reference for the innovation practice of entrepreneurial enterprises.
