关于钢筋直螺纹套筒质量控制的研究

文中分析了钢筋直螺纹连接的接头质量控制,因钢筋直螺纹连接施工具有方便可靠等优点,在工程施工中得到了广泛应用,但也存在质量通病,研究其质量缺陷及控制措施有着重要的意义。文中首先介绍了钢筋直螺纹连接技术及其优点,然后提出存在的质量缺陷,接着制定质量控制措施,通过一系列措施确保钢筋直螺纹连接的施工质量。

This paper analyzes the joint quality control of steel bar straight thread connection.Because of the advantages of convenient and reliable construction of steel bar straight thread connection,it has been widely used in engineering construction,but there are also common quality problems.It is of great significance to study its quality defects and control measures.This paper first introduces the steel bar straight thread connection technology and its advantages,then puts forward the existing quality defects,and then formulates quality control measures to ensure the construction quality of steel bar straight thread connection through a series of measures.
