摘要
公路路面沥青改性剂含量会对沥青性能产生重要影响。为了提升公路路面沥青质量,延长使用寿命,文中研究基于红外光谱法的公路沥青改性剂含量检测方法,通过不同含量样本制备,溶于四氢呋喃后得到溶液,并制备样本薄膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪照射薄膜,根据特征吸收峰分析改性剂含量。结果显示,977 cm^(-1)处特征峰与改性剂相关,而基质沥青特征峰则与甲基基团相关。此方法检测精度高,误差小于0.1%,适用于公路路面沥青改性剂含量的检测。
The content of asphalt modifier in highway pavement will have a significant impact on the performance of asphalt.In order to improve the quality of asphalt on highway pavement and extend its service life,this article studies a method for detecting the content of road asphalt modifiers based on infrared spectroscopy.Samples with different content are prepared,dissolved in tetrahydrofuran to obtain a solution,and sample films are prepared.Use a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer to irradiate the thin film and analyze the content of the modifier based on the characteristic absorption peaks.The results showed that the characteristic peak at 977cm^(-1) was related to the modifier,while the characteristic peak of the matrix asphalt was related to the methyl group.This method has high detection accuracy,with an error of less than 0.1%,and is suitable for detecting the content of asphalt modifiers in highway pavements.
