摘要
应用二灰碎石旧料稳定就地冷再生技术能够提高工程环保效果,优化路面结构,提升公路工程稳定性。基于此,文中结合某道路工程项目施工实践,对二灰碎石旧料水泥稳定就地冷再生配比试验及稳定性进行分析。结果表明,二灰碎石旧料级配确定时,材料7 d无侧限抗压强度随水泥含量增加而提升;使用4.5%掺量的水泥在不大幅增加施工成本的基础上,避免反射裂缝,保证了强度和稳定性。
The application of stable in-situ cold regeneration technology of used ash crushed stone can improve the environmental protection effect,optimize the pavement structure and improve the stability of highway engineering.Based on this,combined with the construction practice of a road project,the paper analyzes the local cold regeneration ratio test and stability of used cement of ash gravel.The results show that the 7-day unconfined compressive strength increases with the increase of cement content when the old material gradation is determined.The use of 4.5%cement can avoid reflection cracks and ensure strength and stability without significantly increasing construction costs.
