摘要
为了分析梁板结构形式对地下室顶板经济性的影响,文中以某建筑工程项目为例,对比分析了主梁大板、十字主次梁板、无梁板以及预应力空心板四种结构形式下地下室顶板的材料用量及总造价。结果表明,所有结构形式中,单位面积条件下,工程材料费占比最高,机械费用占比最低。人工费排序为十字主次梁板>主梁大板>预应力空心板>无梁板,材料费排序为主梁大板>十字主次梁板>无梁板>预应力空心板,机械费用排序为预应力空心板>十字主次梁板>主梁大板>无梁板。基于工程造价最优原则,本工程地下室顶板结构采用无梁板的顶板布置结构形式。
In order to analyze the influence of beam slab structure on the basement roof economy,this paper takes a construction project as an example to compare and analyze the material consumption and total cost of basement roof under four structural forms:main beam slab,cross main and secondary beam slab,beamless slab and prestressed hollow slab.The results show that the proportion of construction materials cost per unit area is the highest and the proportion of machinery cost is the lowest.The order of labor cost is cross main and secondary beam plate>main beam plate>prestressed hollow plate>no beam plate.The order of material cost is the main beam plate>cross main and secondary beam plate>beamless plate>prestressed hollow plate;The order of mechanical cost is prestressed hollow plate>cross main and secondary beam plate>main beam plate>no beam plate.Therefore,based on the principle of optimal engineering cost,the basement roof structure adopted in this project is the roof layout structure type without beam plate.
