摘要
文中围绕某公路工程,探讨了沥青混凝土公路沉降敏感区段的路基路面施工的全过程。首先,分析了施工准备阶段的关键技术,包括对填料的精选和施工机具的优化配置,旨在确保材料和设备能够满足工程高标准的需求。而后,在路基处理和路面铺设环节,探究了精确的自动化摊铺技术和科学压实策略的使用方法,旨在确保路面的平整度和厚度一致性,减少材料在固化过程中可能出现的裂缝和不均匀沉降。最后,利用地表型沉降计和水平位移观测装置,监测了路面的即时表现,并预测了其在长期使用下的性能变化,验证了所采用技术的有效性,展示了如何通过技术创新最小化路基沉降、优化路面性能,以期为沥青混凝土公路沉降段施工提供科学参考。
In this paper,the whole construction process of roadbed and pavement in settlement sensitive section of asphalt concrete highway is discussed.This paper first analyzes the key technologies in the construction preparation stage,including the selection of fillers and the optimal configuration of construction tools,in order to ensure that materials and equipment can meet the needs of high engineering standards.In the subgrade treatment and pavement laying process,the use of precise automated paving technology and scientific compaction strategies is explored,aiming to ensure the smoothness and thickness consistency of the road surface,and reduce the cracks and uneven settlement that may occur during the curing process of the material.Finally,the ground subsidence meter and horizontal displacement observation device are used to monitor the immediate performance of the pavement and predict its performance change under long-term use,verify the effectiveness of the adopted technology,and demonstrate how to minimize the subgrade settlement and optimize the pavement performance through technological innovation,in order to provide scientific reference for the settlement section construction of asphalt concrete highway.
