大型外筒钢筋混凝土交叉倾斜柱施工技术探析

摘要 文中以某高层建筑为例,分析了大型外筒钢筋混凝土交叉倾斜柱施工技术,并对工后效果进行了评估。结果表明,模板的垂直度为1.2 mm,模板的水平度为0.4 mm,斜柱钢筋角度误差为0.2°,斜柱的垂直度为1.4 mm,斜柱的水平度为0.6 mm,背楞焊接变形量为0.7 mm,斜柱混凝土的抗压强度为55.1 MPa,所有施工技术环节的检测指标均满足设计要求,具有良好的施工效果及经济效益。 In order to improve the construction quality,this paper takes a high-rise building as an example to analyze the construction technology of large outer tube reinforced concrete cross inclined column,and evaluate the post-construction effect.The results show that the verticality of the formwork is 1.2 mm,the levelness of the formwork is 0.4 mm,the Angle error of the inclined column steel bar is 0.2°,the verticality of the inclined column is 1.4 mm,the levelness of the inclined column is 0.6 mm,the welding deformation of the back is 0.7 mm,and the compressive strength of the inclined column concrete is 55.1 MPa.The test indexes of all construction technical links meet the design requirements,and have good construction results and economic benefits.
