桩基工程的质量监理控制研究

Research on Quality Supervision and Control of Pile Foundation Engineering

文中以央座小区工程为例,重点研究其桩基工程的质量监理控制方法,总结了质量监理的具体工作程序,分析了质量控制要点及目标,从事前控制、事中控制、事后控制三个阶段提出了相应的控制措施,包括严格验收施工材料、开展试桩工作、控制压桩、控制管桩拼接等,以期为类似工程提供参考。

In this article,the quality supervision and control methods of the pile foundation project in the central residential area are studied as an example.The specific work procedures of quality supervision are summarized,and the key points and objectives of quality control are analyzed.Corresponding control measures are proposed in three stages:pre control,in-process control,and post control,including strict acceptance of construction materials,conducting pile testing work,controlling pile pressure,and controlling pipe pile splicing,in order to provide effective reference for similar projects.
