粉煤灰掺量超30%的水泥混凝土路用性能研究

摘要 文中针对不同粉煤灰掺量下水泥混凝土路用性能的差异进行研究。结果显示,混凝土坍落度随粉煤灰掺量提升而表现出前期增加、后期降低的发展趋势。粉煤灰掺量取30%和40%时,养护60 d的混凝土试件强度与未掺粉煤灰的混凝土试件之间并无明显差异;粉煤灰掺入后,混凝土脆性并未发生明显变化;粉煤灰掺量为30%和40%时,制备的混凝土试件在经过300次冻融循环时,质量损失率依旧维持在较低水平,表明其抗冻性能处于较好水平。 This paper studies the differences of pavement performance of cement concrete with different fly ash content.The results show that with the increase of fly ash content,concrete slump increases in the early stage and decreases in the later stage.When the fly ash content is 30%and 40%,there is no significant difference between the strength of 60 d cured concrete specimens and that without fly ash.The brittleness of concrete does not change significantly after the addition of fly ash.The quality loss rate of the concrete specimens prepared with fly ash content of 30%and 40%can still maintain at a low level after 300 freeze-thaw cycles,which shows that the freeze-resistance of the concrete specimens is at a good level.
