基于风险和损害的污水管道网络优化

摘要 污水管网作为城市重要的基础设施,污水管网运行不当或出现故障会导致城市部分功能中断。识别高故障风险区域,可根据系统状态进行检查并优化修复,从而显著提高排水管网的性能。文中采用加权平均法计算管网故障值,进行风险等级排序。结果表明,研究区域内大多数(49%)污水管道处于中等风险,处于中等到高等风险的管道占比为25%。文中对风险等级较高的管道采用闭路电视进行故障检测,发现使用功能受到影响的管道占比达75.6%,并对故障管道采取相应的修复措施。 As an important infrastructure in a city,improper operation or failure of sewage pipelines can lead to partial interruption of urban functions.Identifying high-risk areas for faults can be checked and optimized for repair based on system status,significantly improving the performance of drainage networks.The weighted average method is used in the article to calculate the fault value of the pipeline network and rank the risk levels.The results indicate that the majority(49%)of sewage pipelines in the study area are at medium risk,with 25%of pipelines at medium to high risk.In the article,closed-circuit television was used for fault detection of pipelines with higher risk levels.It was found that 75.6%of the pipelines had their functions affected,and corresponding repair measures were taken for the faulty pipelines.
