仓库楼面混凝土模板高支模施工技术研究

Research on High Support Construction Technology of Concrete Formwork for Warehouse Floor

文中以某保税仓库项目为例,分析楼面混凝土模板高支模施工流程,阐述了支架地基硬化处理,扫地杆、水平杆、剪刀撑以及梁模板的安装,预压并观测沉降情况,确保支架稳定性达标,最后在混凝土强度达标后拆除模板,以期为类型工程建设提供借鉴。

Taking a bonded warehouse project as an example,this article analyzes the construction process of high support for floor concrete formwork,elaborates on the hardening treatment of the support foundation,installation of sweeping rods,horizontal rods,shear braces,and beam formwork,preloading and observation of settlement to ensure the stability of the support meets the standard.Finally,the formwork is removed after the concrete strength meets the standard,in order to provide reference for type of engineering construction.
