摘要
武罐高速公路原水泥混凝土路面平整度及抗滑指标下降明显,部分隧道路面平整度指标和抗滑指标评定为差。文中以武罐高速项目路面提升整治工程为例,该工程主要采用水泥面层精铣刨2.5 cm,构造缝及断板灌缝、贴缝喷涂高黏改性乳化沥青黏层,加铺2.5 cm厚改性薄层罩面处理,薄层罩面的铺筑增强了原路面的表面功能,降噪效果明显,路面病害基本得到解决。
The roughness and skid resistance indexes of the original cement concrete pavement of Wucan Expressway decreased obviously,and the roughness indexes and skid resistance indexes of some tunnels were evaluated as poor.Taking the road improvement renovation project of Wucan high-speed project as an example,the main scheme of the road improvement renovation project of Wucan high-speed project adopts 2.5 cm fine milling of cement surface layer,filling and bonding of structural joints and broken plates,spraying of highly viscous modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer,and adding 2.5 cm thick modified thin layer covering treatment.The thin layer covering enhances the surface function of the original pavement,has obvious noise reduction effect,and basically solves the road surface diseases.
