模量改性剂对沥青混凝土路面性能影响的研究

摘要 文中分析了高模量剂掺量对沥青混合料高低温性能的影响,确定了最佳高模量剂掺量,评价了高模量改性SMA沥青混合料的高低温性能及水稳定性能。研究结果表明,随着高模量剂掺量的增加,沥青混合料的动稳定度先快速增加后稳定,劲度模量先增加后降低,最佳高模量剂掺量为11%。与普通混合料相比,高模量SMA混合料的路用性能显著提升,其中动稳定度增幅为179%,劲度模量增幅为11.5%,破坏应变增幅为15.5%,残留稳定度增幅为7.8%,冻融劈裂强度比增幅为9.3%。 In this paper,the influence of high modulus agent dosage on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures firstly were analyzed,and the optimal high modulus agent dosage was determined;Finally,the high and low temperature performance and water stability of high modulus modified SMA asphalt mixture were evaluated.Research has shown that with the increase of high modulus agent dosage,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture first increases rapidly and then stabilizes,and the stiffness modulus first increases and then decreases.The optimal high modulus agent dosage is 11%.Compared with ordinary mixtures,the road performance of high modulus SMA mixtures is significantly improved,with a dynamic stability increase of 179%,a stiffness modulus increase of 11.5%,and a failure strain increase of 15.5%;The increase in residual stability is 7.8%;The increase in freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 9.3%.
