PU-SBS复合改性沥青的制备及其性能研究

摘要 为提升沥青路用性能,文中制备了以聚氨酯(PU)复配SBS的复合改性沥青,对PU-SBS复合改性沥青进行了三大指标试验、软化点差值试验和动力黏度试验,并评价其基本性能,使用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和低温弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)评价PU-SBS复合改性沥青在不同温度下的流变性能。结果表明,SBS和PU对针入度和软化点均有改善,PU对延度的改善显著,且适量的SBS对延度也有一定贡献,SBS可显著提高复合改性沥青的动力黏度,PU则对复合改性沥青的动力黏度值没有贡献,且两种改性剂与沥青均具有良好的相容性;SBS可显著改善沥青的高温性能,沥青的低温性能主要由PU贡献,PU复配SBS改性沥青高低温性优于单一改性剂,综合基本性能及高低温流变性能推荐改性剂最佳产量为3%SBS+20%PU。 In order to comprehensively improve the road performance of asphalt,this paper prepares a polyurethane(PU)compounded SBS composite modified asphalt.PU-SBS composite modified asphalt three major index test,softening point difference test and dynamic viscosity test to evaluate its basic properties,using dynamic shear rheology test(DSR)and low temperature bending beam rheology test(BBR)to evaluate the rheological properties of PU-SBS composite modified asphalt at different temperatures.The results show that SBS and PU have improved the needle penetration and softening point,PU has improved the delay significantly and the appropriate amount of SBS also has a certain contribution to the delay,SBS can significantly improve the dynamic viscosity of the composite modified asphalt,PU does not contribute to the dynamic viscosity value of the composite modified asphalt,and the two modifiers and the asphalt have a good compatibility,SBS can significantly improve the high temperature performance of the asphalt,and the low temperature performance of the asphalt is mainly by PU.The low-temperature performance of asphalt is mainly contributed by the PU,PU compound SBS modified asphalt high and low temperature is better than a single modifier,the basic performance and high and low-temperature rheological properties of the recommended modification and the best yield of 3%SBS+20%PU.
