摘要
为探究湿拌砂浆在选用不同级配、不同粒径机制砂时的性能差异,文中取不同级配及粗细的机制砂开展试验。结果表明,机制砂细度模数取值范围为1.2~3.0内时,湿拌砂浆用水量会随细度模数增加而逐渐降低,伴随出现湿拌砂浆保水性能下降;粒径在0.315 mm以上的颗粒含量提升过程中,湿拌砂浆整体力学性能表现出前期增加、后期减少的发展趋势。机制砂颗粒含量中大于1.25 mm的颗粒和小于0.315 mm的颗粒含量均在30%以上时,温拌砂浆材料干缩率相较其他组有显著提升,但拉伸粘结强度也有显著降低。
In order to explore the difference of performance of wet mixed mortar when different grade mix and different particle size machinemade sand is selected,machine-made sand of different grade mix and thickness is tested.The results show that when the fineness modulus of the sand is in the range of 1.2~3.0,the water consumption of wet mixed mortar will gradually decrease with the increase of fineness modulus,and the water retention performance of wet mixed mortar will decrease.The overall mechanical properties of wet mixed mortar showed a trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the late stage during the increase of particle content above 0.315 mm.When the content of particles greater than 1.25 mm and less than 0.315 mm of the sand particles is more than 30%,the dry shrinkage rate of the warm mixed mortar material is significantly increased compared with other groups,but the tensile bond strength is also significantly decreased.
