摘要
沥青路面基层多采用半刚性路面结构,随着路面使用年限的增加,在半刚性路面结构的材料特性、路面基层排水不畅以及道路重载交通量大等多重因素作用下,唧浆病害在现有沥青路面上分布广泛,严重影响了道路行驶安全并加快了沥青路面损坏。为延长沥青路面使用寿命,减少养护成本,文中依托厦门市翔安大道病害修复工程,通过表观调查、唧浆病害成因分析等方法对唧浆病害发展程度进行研判;根据实际工程情况针对性地提出路面基层病害处理、路基排水方案;工程完成后对试验结果进行观测,并对现场情况进行分析。结果表明,对于尚处于病害发展期的唧浆病害,采用挖除路面结构后对路面基层病害进行处理并设置盲沟排水,可有效解决路面唧浆病害问题,具有良好的经济效益和显著的社会意义。
In China,the asphalt pavement base is mostly made of semi-rigid pavement structure.As the service life of the road surface increases,due to the material properties of the semi-rigid pavement structure,poor drainage of pavement base layer and heavy traffic on the road,slurry disease is widely distributed on asphalt pavements,seriously affecting road safety and accelerating damage to asphalt pavement.In order to extend the service life of asphalt pavement and reduce the cost of maintenance.Based on the Xiang'an Avenue defect repair project in Xiamen,through methods such as investigation on asphalt concrete pavement distress and analysis of the causes of the defect,and then according to the findings of investigation judged the development degree of the defect.After the completion of the repair project,through on-site observation,the experimental results was analyzed.The results showed that,targeted suggestions are made for the treatment of the roadbed defect and the subgrade drainage scheme.The practice results show that slurry disease in the development stage,excavating the pavement structure and treating the pavement base disease combine with setting blind drains can effectively solve the problem of slurry disease promptly.This research has significant economic benefits and measurable social significance.
