减水剂对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 文中主要就减水剂掺量对混凝土力学性能及耐腐蚀性能影响展开研究。结果表明,与普通混凝土相比,掺入减水剂后,混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度有所提升;不管短期还是长期养护龄期,混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度与减水剂掺量呈先正相关后负相关关系;与普通混凝土相比,掺入减水剂后,混凝土的氯离子扩散系数有所下降;不管短期还是长期养护龄期,混凝土的氯离子扩散系数与减水剂掺量呈先负相关后正相关关系。 This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of concrete with the dosage of water reducing agent.The results show that,compared with ordinary concrete,the cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete are improved after adding water-reducing agent.The cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete are first positively correlated with the dosage of water reducing agent and then negatively correlated with the dosage of water reducing agent.Compared with ordinary concrete,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete decreased after adding water reducing agent.No matter in short or long curing period,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete is first negatively correlated with the dosage of water reducing agent and then positively correlated.
