房建工程中弧形梁模板施工技术的应用

Application of Curved Beam Formwork Construction Technology in Building Engineering

文中以某房建工程项目作为实验对象,通过材料选取、架体地基加固处理、弧形框架梁侧模板设计与支设、混凝土浇筑等工序,完成弧形梁施工,为保障施工质量,通过设置传感器的方式对弧形梁进行变形监测。结果表明,应用该方法施工的弧形梁弯矩和剪力测量值均与设计的理想值较为接近。

In this paper,a building construction project is taken as the experimental object,through the selection of materials,the foundation reinforcement treatment of the frame,the design and support of the side template of the arc frame beam and the concrete pouring and other processes,the construction of the arc beam is completed.In order to ensure the construction quality,the deformation monitoring of the arc beam is carried out by setting sensors.The test results show that the measured values of bending moment and shear force of curved beam constructed by this method are close to the designed ideal values.
