文中以福建省建宁县国土空间规划中的产业发展规划为例,通过分析建宁县的生产总值及三产占比情况、产业发展SWOT等,论述建宁县产业转型升级的必要性,判断其产业发展的优势方向,探讨如何在产业规划及产业发展过程中保护环境、维护生态平衡,提出了一些相关建议和对策,以促进县城产业与生态文明的良性互动。

The article takes the industrial development planning case of Jianning County's land spatial planning,discusses the necessity of industrial transformation and upgrading in Jianning County through the GDP and proportion of three industries,and industrial development SWOT analysis.It judges the advantageous direction of its industrial development,explores how to protect the environment and maintain ecological balance in the process of industrial planning and development,and puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures,To promote the positive interaction between county industry and ecological civilization.
