摘要
文中通过构建建筑工程管理基本架构,计算建筑工程造价指数,并根据建筑工程造价指数,设计建筑工程综合造价限额。根据得到的数据信息并结合文中方法建造模型,建筑工程造价采用全过程管理模式。引入其他方法进行对比,证明BIM技术在建筑工程造价全过程管理中,有效提高了建筑工程造价预测的精准性,并减小了造价预测的误差。
This paper constructs the basic structure of construction project management,calculates the construction project cost index,designs the construction project comprehensive cost quota according to the construction project cost index,builds a model according to the obtained data and information combined with the method in this paper,and carries out the whole process management mode for the construction project cost.Through experiments,other methods are introduced to prove that BIM technology effectively improves the accuracy of construction project cost prediction and reduces the error of cost prediction in the whole process management of construction project cost.
